Payment Structure

  • Projects may be billed in milestones or installments, depending on project scope and client needs.
  • Each payment corresponds to a specific phase, deliverable, or time-based portion of the project, agreed upon in advance.

Refund Terms

  • All payments are non-refundable once collected, regardless of project stage or size of the installment.
  • This policy reflects the time, planning, and resources committed once work begins on each phase.
  • Refunds will only be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional cases, and are not guaranteed.

Hosting & Maintenance Services

  • Hosting and maintenance plans are billed monthly or annually.
  • You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are issued for unused time after a billing period has begun.
  • In the event of a service failure that cannot be resolved, a pro-rated refund may be considered at our discretion.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us at contact@dappertechnologyllc.com within 14 days of service delivery if you have any concerns. We will do our best to address your issue and work toward a fair resolution.
